Learning and Development TrainerWe''re recruiting on behalf of a well-established Essex-based charity, who are looking for a passionate and proactive Learning and Development Trainer to join their People and Culture team. You''ll play a key role in shaping how their people learn and grow - leading on training strategy, mandatory compliance training, and management development across the whole organisation.This is a hands-on role for someone who loves designing and delivering great training, building relationships with managers and stakeholders, and using data to keep improving what''s on offer. You''ll work closely with the Associate Director of People and Culture and the wider team to make sure the learning offer genuinely supports their people and their cause. What you''ll be doingIdentifying skills gaps and future workforce needs across the organisation, and building training strategies to address them.Leading the design, delivery and evaluation of engaging training for employees at all levels.Overseeing mandatory and compliance training, including monitoring completion rates and producing reports for the Senior Leadership Team.Driving the Line Manager training agenda and supporting the development of strong people-management skills.Managing an organisational coaching caseload, supporting staff and senior managers alike.Building and maintaining relationships with external training providers, and sourcing funding or sponsorship opportunities.Managing the training budget, ..... full job details .....
