Learning and Development Trainer - Role SpecificationYou will be recruited to design, deliver, and manage training initiatives that support organisational objectives, enhance employee capability, and ensure smooth adoption of new technologies and processes. This role will play a key part in onboarding new team members, driving digital transformation, and fostering a culture of continuous learning across the organisation.Key ResponsibilitiesTraining Needs Analysis • Consult with teams and department leaders to identify training requirements and skills gaps. • Develop tailored training plans aligned with organisational goals.Technology and Software Training • Test new software applications in collaboration with the IT team to ensure functionality and suitability, with a strong focus on user needs and strategic alignment. • Support the rollout of new applications across the organisation. • Deliver classroom, virtual, and blended learning sessions on new software and digital tools.Knowledge Management • Document processes and maintain a central knowledge portal/library for system guides and standard operating procedures. • Produce user-friendly guides, cheat sheets, and FAQs to support employee learning. • Promote a culture of learning and knowledge sharing across the organisation.Onboarding • Play a central role in onboarding new employees by providing comprehensive training on systems, processes, and organisational requirements.Continuous Improvement • Evaluate training ..... full job details .....
