Full training and development will be provided with an opportunity to complete a CIPD level 3 in LandD.Your responsibilities will include -Accurately record compliance and on-the-job training for two sites, ensuring alignment with auditing requirements and company standards.Keeping track of employee 1-2-1s and training progress, maintain up-to-date records, and identify any gapsAssist in identifying and organising developmental training and sourcing talent for key rolesProvide support to the HR team with daily tasks, data management, and reportingIntroduce fresh ideas to make learning more engaging, interactive, and accessible for all employeesDue to travel requirements between sites, you will need a full driving licence.Ideally you will have the following skills and experience -Excellent administrative skills and computer literacy12 months experience working in a commercial office-based settingConfident communicator, able to build good working relationshipsAn interest to develop a career within Learning and DevelopmentCreativity and an innovative approach to Learning and DevelopmentAn organised individual who thrives on structure, detail, ..... full job details .....
