Learning and Development Specialist Cardiff - Hybrid 30,000 - 35,000 + Holiday + Pension + Hybrid + Discounts Are you an experienced IT Trainer looking to join a leading professional services organisation where you will play a key role in staff development, new starter inductions and the successful rollout of new systems across multiple UK locations? This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing organisation with more than 700 employees, taking responsibility for delivering engaging IT and general induction training both face-to-face and remotely. You will deliver weekly new starter inductions, coordinate training for existing employees and provide training following new system rollouts. Alongside delivery, you will develop learning materials, identify training requirements and provide support through the internal IT channel. The ideal candidate will have previous experience delivering systems and software training alongside excellent general IT knowledge, particularly Windows 11 and Microsoft Office. Experience with legal-sector systems would be advantageous but is not essential.
