About the Learning and Development Delivery Specialist A brand-new role reporting to the Learning and Development Manager, this is an exciting opportunity to impact and shape group wide learning strategies as Hayley Group enters an exciting period of growth. This role will evolve and change as we build on the excellent foundations developed by the LandD Manager. You will be the kind of person who loves to get stuck in, enjoys creating programmes and content and who relishes the challenges of driving continuous improvement to impact business strategy and growth. You ll have a track record of developing inductions, creating content across a variety of mediums and learning delivery. The role will develop inductions and there would be scope to deliver across the four key pillars of Hayley Inspire - People, Sales, Product and Business.
