You will work closely with managers to identify learning needs, design blended programmes, and deliver coaching that makes a real impact. From digital tools to hands-on sessions, you will bring fresh ideas and energy to how the business develop their teams.

The successful Candidate Will Have:

• Experience designing and delivering training
• Coaching skills and a confident communication style
• The ability to collaborate with digital learning experts to create blended learning programmes
• A proactive, people-first approach
• Tech-savvy mindset and adaptability
• CIPD qualification (or willingness to work toward it)
