An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Learning and Development Specialist to join a well-established organisation within the services sector. Based in Portsmouth, you''ll play a key role in shaping and delivering learning initiatives that support organisational growth, workforce capability and ongoing transformation.Working closely with senior leaders and key stakeholders across the business, you''ll help ensure employees have the skills, knowledge and development opportunities needed to succeed in a fast-changing environment.What will the role involve?
