Your role will involve delivering a variety of learning interventions, taking ownership of projects from scoping to evaluation, and ensuring that all training interventions align with the BHF priorities and yield measurable return on investment. This is a key role in leading and embedding coaching and mentoring in the BHF to grow our coaching culture.As part of our LandD team, you will champion learning and help promote and embed a culture of learning and growth across all areas within the British Heart Foundation (BHF).
