Learning and Development Site Lead

Adepto Technical Recruitment are supporting one of our key clients in the pharmaceutical space, as they look to hire a Learning and Development Site Lead at their site in Devon. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate and commercially minded Learning and Development professional to take ownership of training, employee development and leadership programmes across a busy operational environment. Working closely with the HR Director and senior management team, you will play a key role in identifying skills gaps, developing workforce capability and delivering engaging learning solutions that support both individual career progression and wider business objectives. This is a varied position combining strategic planning with hands-on training delivery, offering the opportunity to make a genuine impact on employee development, performance and organisational growth. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement learning and development initiatives aligned with business objectives and workforce requirements. Conduct training needs analysis to identify skills gaps and future development opportunities. Design, coordinate and deliver engaging training programmes for employees, managers and emerging leaders. Support leadership and management development through coaching, workshops and structured learning initiatives.
