Learning and Development PartnerAre you an experienced LandD professional who can take ownership of learning activity from initial request through to delivery?This varied, hands-on opportunity combines LMS administration, training coordination, workshop facilitation and stakeholder engagement.Location: Northamptonshire Salary: Competitive Contract: Fixed-term contract Working pattern: Hybrid The RoleYou will support the coordination and delivery of learning and development activity across the business, including:Managing training requests, bookings and learner queriesSetting up and maintaining courses within the LMSFacilitating workshops and group learning sessionsCreating and updating digital learning contentWorking with managers, subject-matter experts and training providersMonitoring participation, completion and learner feedbackProducing learning reports and identifying improvementsManaging multiple priorities and stakeholder requirementsAbout YouYou will ideally have:Previous experience within learning and development or trainingHands-on experience using or administering an LMSConfidence facilitating workshops or learning sessionsStrong stakeholder-management and communication skillsExperience creating or maintaining digital learning contentThe ability to manage competing priorities in a busy environmentA practical, collaborative and learner-focused approachExperience within a fast-paced environment or a relevant learning qualification would be advantageous, although ..... full job details .....
