Learning and Development Partner

Are you an experienced LandD or Talent Development professional looking for a role where you can genuinely make an impact?We are working with a growing education and not for profit organisation that is investing heavily in its people, leadership and development agenda. They are looking for an LandD Partner to join their People and Culture team and play a key role in shaping how talent and development are approached across the organisation.This is a specialist LandD role rather than a generalist HR position. You will need to be confident designing and delivering development solutions, facilitating workshops, coaching managers and influencing leaders, while also being comfortable managing projects, systems and data. What will you be doing? You will have a broad remit across learning, talent and organisational development, including: Designing and delivering leadership and development programmesFacilitating workshops and development sessionsSupporting leadership capability and behavioural frameworksCoaching and mentoring managers and colleaguesDeveloping career pathways and talent development initiativesSupporting succession planning and talent reviewsSupporting apprenticeships and wider development programmesHelping to introduce a new approach to performance and development conversationsPlaying a key role in moving away from traditional appraisals towards more meaningful growth and development conversationsSupporting organisational and cultural changeEvaluating development ..... full job details .....
