      <description>Location: Winchester | Salary: 10000-500000 Annual | Type: Permanent | As a registered Social Worker, joining our Learning and Development Team as a Learning and Development Officer, you''ll play a key role in developing our Children''s Services workforce. You''ll help deliver priority programmes such as Social Work Apprenticeships, Practice Learning, and our Graduate Entry Training Scheme (ASYE), embedding our strength based Hampshire Approach to practice.   You will design and deliver engaging, high quality training that builds professional capability across the workforce. The role offers a rewarding opportunity, with your experience as a Practice Educator, to support and assess social work students and Newly Qualified Social Workers (NQSWs) as they grow and develop their skills, while ensuring learning supports achievement of professional standards and success in practice.
