Working closely with the Head of Talent, Learning and Development, HR colleagues, leaders and external partners, you''ll play a key role in creating outstanding learning experiences that support the growth and success of our people. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and administer learning and development activities including programme logistics, records, evaluations and reporting. Develop engaging communications, learning resources and programme content. Take a lead role in ensuring the smooth running of our Pathway Programme, supporting early in career colleagues throughout their development journey. Build strong relationships with external learning providers to ensure a high-quality learner experience. Continuously look for opportunities to improve processes, systems and learner engagement.
