Learning and Development Manager We''re looking for someone with the passion to help shape how people learn, grow and flourish at Exeter Students'' Guild. This is an exciting opportunity to build a joined-up approach to Learning and Development that helps colleagues, student staff and volunteers to develop the knowledge, skills and confidence they need to succeed. You''ll work across the organisation to create engaging learning experiences, strengthen leadership and management capability, and embed a culture where learning is valued as part of everyday work. Combining big picture strategic thinking with practical delivery, you''ll design frameworks, programmes and systems that make learning accessible, inclusive and impactful. If you''re someone who enjoys bringing people together, turning ideas into action and creating lasting organisational change, you''ll play a key role in helping us build an even stronger, more capable organisation that helps students love Exeter. The Role Role: Learning and Development Manager Hours: 35 Hours per week (to be worked flexibly) Salary: Grade D starting at £38,733.82 per annum Contract: Fixed Term for 2 years Location: Exeter/Hybrid Who are we?
