This role is critical in supporting the development of the charity''s learning and development strategy and embedding a knowledge culture at Turn2us by creating and delivering learning programmes and interventions. This is a fantastic opportunity, as a brand new role, to build a robust training and learning framework to support our staff as by developing equitable and inclusive training to help embed a culture where learning is embedded with equity and inclusion in everything we do. Reporting to the Head of Human Resources, you will tailor training design and content to meet the specific needs of the business, create engaging content that caters to diverse learning preferences, across groups of varying sizes / seniority levels.
