We are seeking a Dealer Training Specialist to enhance sales performance across our dealer network in the UK. This role is crucial for ensuring that our sales teams are well-equipped and trained to meet and exceed performance expectations. Day-to-day of the role: Design and deliver comprehensive training programs for new starters and existing sales teams across the dealership network. Conduct on-site induction training for newly appointed dealerships and provide ongoing support. Deliver both face-to-face and virtual classroom training as part of the sales accreditation pathway. Engage in the creation and delivery of training content for new product launches and ongoing sales strategies. Provide intensive on-site training focused on the sales process, customer experience, and mystery shop performance. Develop and deliver bespoke training sessions to meet evolving business objectives and support underperforming or new focus retailers. Collaborate closely with the Retailer Training Manager and Regional Sales Managers to identify training needs and develop effective training interventions.
