Location based at the main Hospice in Pembury, Kent, with potential requirement to work at other locations. Salary 40,000 per annum. Category Staff (Personnel). Working Hours 37.5 or part time considered. Job Profile.Responsibilities
Strategic planning, delivery, and evaluation of a hospice-wide Learning and Development Strategy.Ensure all staff clinical and non-clinical are equipped with the knowledge, confidence, and capabilities needed to deliver outstanding palliative and end-of-life care, while meeting regulatory, commissioning, and organisational standards.Drive innovation in professional development, build tailored learning pathways for roles and departments.Work closely with external stakeholders (including NHS trusts, commissioners, and partner hospices) to ensure alignment with external frameworks and evolving healthcare priorities.Qualifications
