Learning andamp; Development Manager Location: ManchesterContract: 6 monthsHours: 40 hours per week *Urgent 6 Month Contract* This is a *Manchester* based role with an excellent immediate start within a Global Technology Client that is working on *Mapping learning content to key skills and supporting the annual learning curriculum.* About the Role Our client is looking for an experienced Learning andamp; Development Manager to lead knowledge management across its Learning andamp; Development function. You''ll be responsible for developing, maintaining, and improving learning content, knowledge repositories, and knowledge-sharing initiatives to support continuous learning across the business. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement the Landamp;D knowledge management strategy. Manage and maintain learning platforms and knowledge repositories. Map learning content to key skills and support the annual learning curriculum. Promote knowledge sharing through workshops, training, and collaboration. Work with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to develop and curate learning content. Monitor engagement and performance, using data to drive continuous improvement. Build strong relationships with stakeholders across HR, Landamp;D, and the wider business. Requirements Bachelor''s degree or equivalent experience. 5+ years'' experience in Learning andamp; Development, knowledge management, or a similar role.
