You''ll work closely with internal stakeholders and external industry bodies to ensure best practice, while helping to build a highly skilled, future-ready workforce.You will design and implement competency frameworks, develop mentoring and coaching opportunities, and expand access to professional memberships. You''ll also oversee the development of structured career pathways, including graduate, apprenticeship, and trainee schemes, ensuring they offer engaging and meaningful experiences.Additionally, you will create and maintain a comprehensive learning and training framework, providing access to development opportunities such as courses and conferences.
