Learning and Development Manager

Artis HR is supporting a Bristol-based organisation with an exciting opportunity for a Learning and Development Manager.This is a chance to step into a newly dedicated LandD position and take the lead on how learning and development is delivered across the business.There is already a commitment to developing people, but now the organisation is looking for someone to bring everything together, identify where the biggest opportunities lie and build a more joined-up approach to learning. From creating practical training tools and delivering development programmes to measuring their impact, you''ll have the freedom to shape the function and make your mark.The roleYou''ll take ownership of the full LandD cycle, working closely with managers and the wider People team to understand business needs and turn them into meaningful learning opportunities.Your responsibilities will include:Identifying training needs across the business and developing a company-wide approach to learning and development.Designing and delivering engaging training programmes, resources and learning materials.Developing and coordinating company induction, management development and mentoring programmes.Supporting managers to identify departmental learning needs and deliver effective training within their teams.Coordinating mandatory compliance and safeguarding training, ensuring completion targets are met and records are maintained.Managing the e-learning platform, reviewing content and keeping learning ..... full job details .....
