Learning and Development Lead (Maths)

We are currently seeking a talented and motivated Teaching and Learning Development Lead (Maths) to join a dynamic school in Ealing. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Maths teacher that is looking to take on a leadership role, working closely with the Head of Department to drive excellence in teaching and learning. You will play a key role in improving student outcomes, supporting colleagues, and shaping the Maths curriculum. Key Responsibilities: Lead and develop high-quality teaching and learning in Mathematics Support, coach, and mentor staff to enhance classroom practice Monitor student progress and implement strategies to raise attainment Contribute to curriculum planning and departmental development Promote an engaging and inclusive learning environment About You: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) essential Minimum of 3 4 years experience teaching Mathematics Strong track record of delivering excellent outcomes Confident leader with the ability to inspire staff and students Passionate about education and continuous improvement This role offers the chance to make a real impact within a supportive and forward-thinking school environment.
