Learning and Development Lead£32,109 - £35,677FarehamPermanent, Full TimeWorking Hours: Mon-Thurs - 09:00-17:00; Fri - 09:00-16:30We have an exciting opportunity for a Learning and Development Lead to join us to deliver and develop our learning and development programme, aligned to our organisation’s objectives.Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, your main responsibilities will include:Implement and deliver our learning and development strategyTrack, analyse, and take accountability for our learning and development performance indicatorsProduce timely management reportsActively identify and deliver training needs, through consultation as requiredEnsure our management development programme delivers a comprehensive framework for developing our managersNegotiate partner contracts, and build and maintain relationships with third-party training providersManage our learning and development systemsContinually review and develop course contentLine manage the learning and development administrator, coaching and supporting them with their day-to-day role and developmentOwn and develop our learning and development policies to ensure they are in line with current legislation and support our working practices, with support from the human resources managerOur ideal candidate:Proven experience as a learning and development professionalExperience implementing training programmesA qualification or certification would be advantageousExperience of compiling management information and working to performance indicatorsExperience of managing othersFamiliarity with e-learning platforms and learning management systemsExperience in managing projects and budgetsUnderstanding of training trends and developments in learning technologiesAbility to track the performance of training reports and contribute to strategies for staff engagement and improvementExcellent communication and negotiation skillsProficient in Microsoft 365, particularly Teams and SharePointAdditional RequirementsBasic disclosure and barring service check is a requirement for this role.
