Learning and Development (LandD) Manager (12 months FTC) Maternity Cover

Our client based in Uxbridge is seeking a LandD Manager to join their team for a 12 Month FTC Maternity cover. This is not a traditional HR Learning and Development role. We re looking for a commercially focused Learning and Development Manager to drive Distributor capability, engagement and business growth across Europe and Africa. Working closely with Independent Distributors, Sales, Marketing, Events and Distributor Relations teams, you ll design and deliver impactful learning, training and field development initiatives that enhance sales effectiveness and support sustainable business growth. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with experience in Sales Training, Sales Enablement, Commercial Learning, Business Education, Field Development or Distributor Development. What You ll Do Design and deliver engaging, end-to-end training programmes and learning journeys. Develop training and content covering products, services, marketing plans and business tools. Partner with content and digital teams to create effective digital learning solutions. Localise learning content for different markets and cultures across Europe and Africa. Drive adoption and effective use of the LMS across the Distributor network. Support field training initiatives, business development activities and large-scale events. Partner with Sales, Marketing, Events and Distributor Relations teams to align learning with business priorities.
