Learning and Development Facilitator - Part Time - Remote/Hybrid (Occasional travel to services) Location: Vauxhall Salary: £22,568 per annum About The Role Help shape confident practice through powerful, purpose-led learning. We''re looking for a LandD Training Facilitator to join our team in Vauxhall (This is a primarily remote role, with occasional travel required to visit services/sites as needed.), working part-time (28 hours per week over 4 days). This is a hands-on facilitation role where you''ll deliver engaging, inclusive and consistent learning across the organisation-helping staff build the therapeutic knowledge and practical skills they need to support clients effectively. Working closely with the LandD Manager, you''ll deliver training across virtual, hybrid and face-to-face formats, ensuring learning is accessible, well-timed, and aligned with operational needs. Your work will span everything from mandatory and compliance training to induction, EDI, leadership and management development, as well as specialist modules covering recovery, trauma-informed practice, justice, housing, clinical and employment services.
