Learning and Development CoordinatorLocation: Dunstable Salary: £35,000 - £38,000Job Type: Permanent, Full-TimeAbout the Learning and Development Coordinator opportunityWe are looking for an organised and proactive Learning and Development Coordinator to join a leading industrial manufacturing business in Dunstable.This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience across training, learning and development, HR or workforce development who enjoys coordinating training programmes, maintaining accurate records and supporting employees throughout their development.Working closely with HR, Operations, Quality and Engineering, you will play a key role in ensuring employees have the skills, qualifications and competencies required to meet operational, quality, customer and regulatory requirements.Key Responsibilities as a Learning and Development CoordinatorCoordinate and administer internal and external training activities across the business.Identify training needs by working closely with managers and functional leaders.Support the development and implementation of annual training and development plans.Coordinate onboarding and induction programmes for new employees.Ensure mandatory training, health and safety, quality and compliance requirements are completed.Maintain and regularly update departmental skills matrices and competency records.Track employee qualifications, certifications and training requirements.Monitor training compliance and certification expiry ..... full job details .....
