Learning and Development coordinatorAre you an experienced LandD professional who can take ownership of learning activity from initial request through to delivery?This is a varied, hands-on opportunity for someone who is organised, practical and confident supporting training activity across a busy environment.Location: Northamptonshire Salary: Competitive Contract: Fixed-term contract Working pattern: Hybrid The RoleYou will support the coordination and delivery of learning and development activity across the business, including:Managing training requests, bookings and learner queriesSetting up and maintaining courses within the LMSSupporting managers and stakeholders with day-to-day training requirementsMonitoring participation, completion and learner feedbackMaintaining accurate training records and supporting basic reportingManaging multiple priorities and stakeholder requirementsAbout YouYou will ideally have:Previous experience within learning and development or trainingHands-on experience using or administering an LMSConfidence facilitating learning sessionsConfident stakeholder-management and communication skillsThe ability to manage competing priorities in a busy environmentA practical, collaborative and learner-focused approachExperience within a fast-paced environment or a relevant learning qualification would be advantageous.If you''re interested in learning more, then please apply with an up-to-date CV, or get in touch for a confidential chat. ..... full job details .....
