Learning and Development Coach

You''ll play a key role in developing our people, leading site training and coaching activity while supporting performance, compliance and engagement across the operation.This is a full-time, permanent position, working 40 hours per week on an any 5 from 7 shift pattern. There are two shift patterns available: Monday to Friday between the hours of 06:00 and 17:00 and Sunday to Thursday 14:00 - 22:00. Flexibility is essential on either shift, this is logistics after all! Pay, benefits and more:You''ll be paid a salary of £28,000 per annum.
