You''ll play a key role in developing our people, leading site training and coaching activity while supporting performance, compliance and engagement across the operation.This is a full-time, permanent position, working 40 hours per week on an any 5 from 7 shift pattern. The woring days will typically be Monday to Friday and the working hours will fall between 07:00 - 17;00. Some flexibility is still essential, this is logistics after all!
