Learning and Development Business Partner

Stephen James Consulting is working on behalf of one of our education clients in the search for a Learning and Development Business Partner. This is a national role, offering remote working with travel across the UK, along with regular meetings in Leeds. This role will play a key part in supporting the development of colleagues across a multi-site care and education organisation, driving learning initiatives that improve performance, engagement, and outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Designing and delivering learning and development programmes across operational and support teams Supporting leadership development and succession planning across the organisation Partnering with senior stakeholders to identify training needs and implement effective solutions Driving a culture of continuous learning and professional development Supporting onboarding, induction, and development pathways Evaluating training effectiveness and using data to improve learning outcomes To be considered for this role, you will need: Experience in a Learning and Development or Organisational Development role Proven experience in learning and development - ideally within the education sector Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Experience designing and delivering training programmes A proactive and solutions-focused approach This is newly created role offers an excellent opportunity to join a growing organisation and play a key role in shaping its learning and ..... full job details .....
