Learning and Development Business Partner

Your new role We are exclusively partnering with a high-profile, growing organisation seeking an experienced Learning and Development professional to lead a 12-month project and accelerate the next stage of its learning and development journey.This newly created standalone role will focus on bringing greater structure, consistency and measurable impact to key learning initiatives, including leadership and management development programmes, onboarding, and capability building across a diverse workforce. Working with the existing LMS, you will play a key role in delivering the LandD strategy while identifying emerging business needs through stakeholder engagement across multiple sites. You''ll design, deliver and implement scalable learning solutions, collaborate with external providers on leadership development programmes, and ensure learning frameworks are effectively embedded across the UK and Ireland.What you''ll need to succeedThey''re looking for a commercially minded LandD professional who can work autonomously, build strong relationships with stakeholders, and demonstrate tangible learning outcomes.
