Learning and Development Business Partner

This is a fantastic role for an enthusiastic Learning and Development Business Partner which offers a diverse range of responsibilities and the opportunity to progress in what is a rapidly expanding organisation. Some of your duties will include:

Working with the HR team and co-ordinating all types of training on behalf of staff membersSupporting the use online training system to all employers across the CompanyCo-ordinating the administration and logistics for all learning and development activitiesProviding support for the development of training programmes to ensure a smooth training journey for staffEnsuring that new starters are onboarded on learning paths and instructed on use of online systemActing as main point of contact for all LandD queries from employeesRegrettably, we are not able to respond to job applicants who are not shortlisted.
