Learning and Development Advisor

This is an exciting opportunity for two Learning and Development (LandD) professionals to join our team as we implement our new LandD approach and expand our operational training team. The successful candidates will be part of a busy LandD team, providing functional support to help the organisation deliver its strategic aims and corporate priorities. Your day-to-day duties will be varied, allowing you to utilise your training experience and digital learning capabilities within a supportive team environment, while contributing to our key deliverables and goals. You will play an integral part in enhancing the learning and development experience across the organisation. This role is based in the UK and sits within the People and Culture Directorate as part of the Learning and Development team.
