Learning and Development Advisor

Are you an organised and proactive Learning and Development professional with strong data and systems skills? There is an hourly rate of 12.71 and benefits including free parking, pension scheme and holiday pay.What will you be doing as a Learning and Development Advisor?Working collaboratively within the Learning and Development team, you will provide a varied mix of administration, systems and training support duties including:Maintaining accurate staff training records using databases and Microsoft systemsProducing training and compliance reports to support scheduling and planningSupporting the onboarding process for new startersUpdating starters and leavers across training systemsMonitoring mandatory and statutory training completionHighlighting any missing or incomplete training to managersSupporting staff with access to training systems and e-learningAssisting with the planning, booking and coordination of training sessions and workshopsManaging bookings and maintaining the LandD calendarSupporting the wider team with general administration dutiesWe would LOVE to hear from you if you have the following skills and experience:Previous administration, LandD, HR or data-focused experienceExperience working with databases, systems and reportingStrong Microsoft ..... full job details .....
