Learning and Development Advisor

A well-established not-for-profit organisation is looking for a Learning and Development Advisor to join its supportive LandD team. The Learning and Development Advisor will provide advice, guidance and practical support to staff and managers, helping to ensure training, onboarding and compliance requirements are met across the organisation. What will you be doing as a Learning and Development Advisor?Supporting the onboarding of new starters, including ensuring appropriate training is assigned and access to LandD systems is in placeProviding advice, guidance and practical support to staff and managers on learning, development and training requirementsMaintaining accurate training records and databases, ensuring information is up to date and compliant with organisational requirementsMonitoring statutory and mandatory training, including e-learning completion and refresher requirements, and following up outstanding trainingProducing training reports, matrices and management information, using Excel and database systems to analyse and interpret dataSupporting managers to identify training gaps, address compliance issues and ensure staff have access to the learning they requireSupporting the planning, scheduling and booking of training across services, including assisting with training workshops and learning ..... full job details .....
