This is to cover sickness and is unlikely to be extended beyond the 3 months. The role will be hybrid with 2-3 days per week in the office. There is parking available. In conjunction with the People Services Manager, create the annual LandD plan to align learning to corporate priorities and identify annual budget requirements. This will include both renewal of regular planned/compliance learning activities within specified timescales, and partnering with managers throughout the organisation to proactively identify and forecast additional LandD needs.
