Learning and Development Advisor
Alexander Lloyd is delighted to be exclusively partnering with a Surrey based organisation, on the recruitment of a Learning and Development Advisor.This role is remote, with travel needed across Surrey occasionally. This is a key role within the HR and Organisational Development function, responsible for supporting the delivery of a high-quality, business-aligned learning and development service. Working closely with the HR and OD Director, managers and key stakeholders, you will play an important role in enhancing workforce capability, delivering engaging training, and supporting continuous improvement across the organisation. Duties:Plan, design and deliver high-quality training sessions to colleagues across the organisationBuild strong relationships with managers to identify learning needs and development opportunitiesSupport the continuous improvement of LandD services, aligning with organisational goals and valuesAdvise on training best practice, including mandatory and compliance requirementsLine manage and support the development of an LandD AssistantContribute to performance and development reviews, supporting capability building across teamsManage and respond to LandD queries, ensuring a professional and timely serviceMaintain and update training systems and learning records accuratelyUse data and reporting to identify trends and provide insight to support decision-makingSupport HR and OD initiatives and projects, contributing to organisational development ..... full job details .....
