Do you enjoy coordinating learning activities, managing systems and building strong relationships across a business? Hoop Professional Services and HR are delighted to be supporting a well-established organisation in Swansea with the recruitment of a Learning and Development Administrator on a 12-month fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave. Joining a supportive and collaborative Learning and Development team, you''ll play a key role in ensuring learning activities run smoothly across the organisation while gaining exposure to exciting projects, including the implementation of a new Learning Management System. The Role This is a busy and varied role where you''ll be responsible for coordinating learning activities and providing first-class administrative support to the Learning and Development function.
