Learning and Communities Officer

The Learning and Communities Officer will help bring AmplifyChange''s community of Grantee Partners together, creating opportunities for organisations and activists working on sexual and reproductive health and rights to connect, share their expertise and learn from one another. You''ll play a hands-on role in shaping and delivering AmplifyChange''s learning and community offer. From building an active online community and hosting engaging digital learning sessions to supporting in-country convenings and developing accessible learning resources, you''ll help create spaces where Grantee Partners can exchange ideas, build relationships and share what works. You''ll have the opportunity to connect with a diverse network of Grantee Partners, facilitators and technical experts across Africa, South Asia and the Middle East, helping people share their knowledge and learn from one another. You''ll also work closely with colleagues across AmplifyChange to bring partner experience and learning into the organisation through Grantee Partner showcases, case studies, impact briefs and other engaging content. This is a varied and creative role for someone who enjoys bringing people together and turning ideas and experience into engaging learning opportunities.
