Learning & Development Lead (Maths)

We are currently seeking a talented and motivated Teaching and Learning Development Lead (Maths) to join a dynamic school in Ealing.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Maths teacher that is looking to take on a leadership role, working closely with the Head of Department to drive excellence in teaching and learning. You will play a key role in improving student outcomes, supporting colleagues, and shaping the Maths curriculum.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop high-quality teaching and learning in Mathematics

• Support, coach, and mentor staff to enhance classroom practice

• Monitor student progress and implement strategies to raise attainment

• Contribute to curriculum planning and departmental development

• Promote an engaging and inclusive learning environment

About You:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – essential

• Minimum of 3–4 years’ experience teaching Mathematics

• Strong track record of delivering excellent outcomes

• Confident leader with the ability to inspire staff and students

• Passionate about education and continuous improvement
