Learning & Development Lead

Our client is a FTSE 250 global business.- The are recruiting a Learning & Development Lead to lead the design, coordination and continuous improvement of the organisation''s learning and development approach.- This will ensure that employees have access to impactful, modern, data driven development opportunities.-

The successful candidate will create scalable learning solutions, will strengthen leadership and capability development and will manage learning systems and providers.- You will embed a culture of continuous learning which is aligned to the business strategy and future capability needs of the workforce.

This role will partner with business leaders, the HR teams and key stakeholders, identifiying gaps in capability and implementing robust development solutions.-

You will be able to build strong relationships with external training providers, consultants and learning platforms and will be highly commercial.

Driving continuous improvement is key, through analysis of date, learner feedback, market trends and key business priorities and emerging learning technologies.-

You will support organisational change, transformation and business improvement initiatives through targeting learning interventions and capability building activities and will ultimately contribute to the development of a high performance learning culture - thus leading to innovation, agility, productivity and long term business growth.

Candidates will ideally have CIPD level 5/7 or an equivalent professional accreditation in L&D, Talent Development or Organisational Development and will have significant experience in large, complex, global organisations.- Executive coaching qualifications and experience, psychometric accreditation or postgraduate qualification in Learning, Organisational Development or a Business related discipline.
