About the Role This is a varied role that combines learning consultancy, design, facilitation and partnership. You'll work with managers and stakeholders to understand capability and development needs and identify the most appropriate support. This could involve designing learning resources, facilitating development activities, supporting manager development, working with apprenticeships or partnering with subject matter experts and external providers to develop specialist learning solutions.
