Are you an organised administrator with experience in learning and development? Do you enjoy co-ordinating multiple priorities while delivering an excellent service to colleagues?

We are recruiting for a Learning Co-ordinator to join a busy People team, supporting the delivery of learning and development activities across a large organisation. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administration and organisational skills who is looking to develop their career within Learning and Development.

The Role

As a Learning Co-ordinator, you will support the delivery of effective learning and development activities, providing day-to-day support to colleagues and helping to ensure learning programmes run smoothly across the organisation.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Co-ordinating learning and training activities.
  • Providing administrative support across the learning function.
  • Maintaining accurate training records and reporting data.
  • Supporting mandatory learning and compliance activity.
  • Managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
  • Communicating confidently with colleagues across the business.
  • Supporting learning initiatives that contribute to organisational change and employee development.

About You

To be successful, you will have:

  • Significant experience in administration and co-ordination.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • An understanding of learning and development and the employee lifecycle.
  • Awareness of how learning supports organisational change.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
  • A proactive, customer-focused approach.

Location

This is a hybrid role. Candidates should live within or close to the operating region, covering Hampshire, Wiltshire, Somerset, Dorset, Devon, Cornwall and London. 

Regular travel to regional hubs in Frome, Devizes and Andover.for team collaboration is required.
