You’ll support a caseload of approximately 40–45 learners from enrolment through to end-point assessment, helping them build their skills, stay engaged and achieve their qualifications. The role covers Customer Service, Business Administration, Team Leader, Operations Manager and Associate Project Manager apprenticeship standards. The role Deliver teaching, coaching and assessment through remote sessions, workshops and face-to-face meetings. Set clear learning goals and provide practical, constructive feedback. Hold regular progress reviews with learners and employers. Prepare apprentices for gateway and end-point assessment. Identify barriers to learning and provide timely support.
