You will be responsible for engaging with prospective learners, providing high-quality guidance and ensuring applicants are matched and enrolled onto the most appropriate training programmes. Key Responsibilities Recruit, interview, onboard and enrol learners onto appropriate training programmes, ensuring KPIs and targets are achieved. Provide effective Information, Advice and Guidance (IAG) to applicants, ensuring the right learner is matched to the right programme. Complete eligibility, funding and compliance checks and maintain accurate learner records. Follow up applicants promptly and refer candidates to alternative provision where appropriate. Manage maths and English initial assessments and diagnostics, monitoring completion. Develop positive relationships with referral partners and identify new learner recruitment opportunities.
