Learner Recruitment Consultant (LRC) Hours: Full-Time, Temporary (Maternity cover) Location: Oldbury Salary: £24,000- £28,000 pa, (depending on experience and qualifications) Are you looking for a new role? Would you like to Inspire the next generation? We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our Study Programme team as a Learner Recruitment Consultant (LRC). As a LRC you will be required to support the business through the development of strong relationships with employers. Increase opportunities for learners to gain high quality work experience placements and Apprenticeship opportunities. To support and assist the effective delivery of Study Programmes, Traineeships, High Needs and Apprenticeships provision. The key measure of success in the role will be against the achievement of company and contractual KPIs. Key Responsibilities: Support with localised marketing activities and events as required. Conduct a full interview to fully gauge the applicants career aspirations, barriers to learning and prior attainment and ensure these are recorded in detail. Liaise with Parents/Carers and support/referral services as appropriate to ensure they understand the programme content that they are referring to. Liaise with the Employer Recruitment Service to ensure candidates are appropriately matched to Apprenticeship and Traineeship vacancies where applicable.
