Job Title: Learner Enrolment Adviser / Mentor

Salary:-up to--26,000

Type: Full Time, Permanent

Duties:

• Develop and deliver engaging induction sessions for learners who have being referred to our client''s education and employment services.-
• Support learners with initial assessments to support them through their education journey.
• Work in partnership with the wider IAG and education teams to ensure each learner has a structured journey across education, employment and personal development.-
• Offer continuous pastoral support, through addressing any barriers to engagement, and supporting your learners to remain focussed on their goals and aspirations, ensuring a positive environment is fostered for their own personal growth.-

Essential Criteria:

• Must hold a relevant qualification within education, coaching or mentoring.
• Hold own Functional Skills in Maths and English / GCSE equivalents.
• Experience within education, coaching and mentoring - preferably within an adult education environment.-
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication (written and verbal).-
