Learner Analytics Product ManagerRemote Outside IR35 3-6 Month ContractWe are seeking an experienced Learner Analytics Product Manager to support the development and enhancement of a learner analytics capability for a leading higher education organisation.This is an exciting opportunity to shape how learner data is used to improve student outcomes, retention, engagement, and institutional decision-making. You will work closely with academic stakeholders, data teams, technology partners, and senior leadership to define and deliver a product roadmap that maximises the value of learner analytics across the organisation.Key ResponsibilitiesDefine and own the learner analytics product vision, strategy, and roadmap.Engage with stakeholders across academic, student services, planning, and IT teams to gather requirements and prioritise initiatives.Translate business needs into detailed product requirements and user stories.Drive the development and adoption of learner analytics solutions and dashboards.Ensure products deliver actionable insights that support student success, engagement, retention, and attainment.Work closely with data engineers, BI developers, analysts, and technology partners to deliver product enhancements.Champion user-centred design and continuous improvement practices.Monitor product performance and user adoption, identifying opportunities for further optimisation.Support governance, data quality, and compliance considerations relating to learner data.Required ..... full job details .....
