Lean Facilitating SupervisorLocation: Ashton-under-LyneHours: Full TimeReporting To: Operations ManagerThe RoleWinsearch is recruiting for a Lean Facilitating Supervisor to join a well-established manufacturing business in Ashton-under-Lyne.This role combines frontline production leadership with continuous improvement responsibility across Assembly, Primary and SMT operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing team capability, driving operational performance and embedding Lean Manufacturing principles throughout the business.You will be a visible presence on the shop floor, leading by example and supporting a culture focused on Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost and People performance.Key ResponsibilitiesLeadership and People Development Lead, motivate and develop production teams to achieve operational and business objectives.Foster a culture of accountability, engagement, teamwork and continuous improvement.Manage employee performance through coaching, feedback and development activities.Identify training requirements and support succession planning.Encourage employee involvement in problem-solving and improvement initiatives.Act as a role model for company values and behaviours.
