If you''re passionate about continuous improvement and thrive in a busy production setting, we want to hear from you!Role OverviewAs a Lean and Facilities Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our factory, plant, machinery, and facilities are safe, compliant, and operating efficiently. You''ll lead maintenance activities, collaborate with production teams, and drive initiatives that enhance performance and safety.Key Responsibilities:Lead all planned and reactive maintenance activities to maximize uptime.Diagnose, repair, and adjust machinery as needed.Coordinate with specialist contractors and service providers.Maintain accurate maintenance logs, service records, and asset registers.Drive Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) to extend equipment lifespan.Ensure machinery and facilities are safe, compliant, and fit for purpose.Support Health and Safety compliance, including LOLER inspections, PUWER, RAMS, training, and housekeeping audits.Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities.Collaborate closely with production teams to embed lean principles and strong workflow practices.
