Leadership Development FacilitatorWarwick (+Ad Hoc UK travel)6 Month Contract About the Role:As a Leadership Development Facilitator, you will play a vital role in delivering the leadership pillar of the People Strategy. Your expertise will help build line manager capability and embed a robust coaching culture throughout the organisation. You will have the exciting opportunity to design and deliver engaging Coaching for Performance workshops, facilitate peer mentoring sessions, and provide targeted 1:1 coaching that supports continuous learning and development. Key Accountabilities:Workshop Wizardry: Schedule and prepare for impactful Coaching for Performance workshops that inspire and uplift.Mentoring Maven: Design and facilitate online peer mentoring sessions and action learning sets to foster ongoing support and evaluate training effectiveness.Feedback Focused: Update intervention designs based on participant and business feedback, ensuring relevance and engagement.Super Coach: Provide personalised 1:1 coaching as needed, guiding individuals through their leadership journeys.Resource Creator: Design ongoing coaching resources for line managers that are easily accessible for continuous development.Co-Delivery Champion: Depending on your skillset, co-deliver additional Senior Leadership Development Programme cohorts as requested.Support Network Builder: Facilitate peer mentoring sessions for past Leadership Development Programme delegates to encourage ongoing growth. ..... full job details .....
